Dogs Trust - Glasgow
A Male Harrier who is age 2 to 5 Years
315 Hamilton Road
Frank has a larger than life personality and is looking for an owner that has experience with hounds. He would benefit from having a secure private garden with 5ft fence to play in as he has a high prey drive due to his breed and will need to be kept on lead in public places. He is a strong lad who will need someone physically able to walk him.
Type of home needed
Frank can live in a home with children over the age of 14 years. He has lived with dogs before and kennels with another dog at the centre but if he was to live with another dog they would need to be carefully managed as he likes to keep his treats, toys and food to himself. He cannot live with cats. He is housetrained and can be left for up to 6 hours without any problems.
More about me
Frank would like to meet his new family a few times to build a relationship before going to his new home.
