Dogs Trust - Glasgow
A Male Jack Russell Terrier (JRT) who is age 8 and over
315 Hamilton Road
Cashew is a very cute little lad with typical terrier characteristics. He isn't a little lap dog so we are looking for an owner who will respect this and be hands off. As he is an older boy looking to put his paws up in a retirement home we would prefer his new home to be a quiet environment where he can relax. Although he does love to play with toys.
Type of home needed
Cashew can live with children over the age of 12 years old as he does like some space and quiet. He gets on with other dogs and could be left for a few hours at a time. Cashew is not housetrained and will need his new owners to help him work on this. Positive reward based training is essential.
More about me
Cashew will need a garden, this will make housetraining easier and give him somewhere to potter around. The garden should be secure to keep him safe. He would prefer a home with few stairs due to his age. Can you offer this lovely boy his forever home?
