Meet Poppy
Poppy is looking for an experienced owner who lives in a quieter area away from the city centre. She may suit living with high school aged children but needs to be the only pet in her home. She would like a home with direct access into a private garden with high fences.
Poppy is a nervous girl who is very anxious around new people and in busy environments. She is very sweet with people that she knows and enjoys being fussed over, but takes a while to build a bond with new people. She is an energetic and playful girl who would suit an active person who will enjoy taking her on long walks in a quiet area away from traffic. As well as needing work to overcome her anxiety, Poppy needs to work on her fear reactivity around other dogs and her desire to chase after cars, so she needs a committed owner who is willing to spend time overcoming these issues.
