Meadow is looking for an owner who can keep her company for some of the day whilst she settles in. She would like access outdoors via a cat flap or window, so she has more space to explore. She cannot live with a dog but may be able to live with older children and potentially another cat of similar age.
Meadow is a beautiful, friendly girl who loves being around people. She loves being fussed over and cuddled by anyone who wants to give her the attention and will make a wonderful family pet. She is an energetic girl who likes to play and would love to have access to plenty of outdoor space so she can venture out to explore her surroundings. We are unsure if Meadow has lived with a cat before, but she does not seem to mind the other cats in our cattery. If she was to live with one, her new owner will need to be home most of the time to help slowly introduce them.

Pippa is looking for a home with someone who has had a Daxi before and understands their quirks. She may suit living with older children and could potentially share her home with a dog similar size to her as she can be wary of larger dogs. She would like company some of the day until she settles in.
Pippa is a happy girl with a big personality who likes being made a fuss of. She may be small but she has a lot to say for herself to let everyone know she’s there, so her new owner will need to be patient with this and continue working on her social skills to help her make better choices rather than shouting. After she’s had a run about with the wind in her ears she likes nothing better to come home for a snooze to a comfy bed and a tasty treat.

Niall is looking for an experienced owner who have had large dogs before and can work on his confidence. He will need to be kept company all day and would like his own private garden, so he has a space to call his own to stretch out his big legs. He is looking to be the only pet in an adult only home.
Niall is a real sweet boy who, although can be unsure of people he doesn’t know, is easily won over by a tasty biscuit or two. He is generally confident with most scenarios, but new people are a bit scary for him, so he does require an understanding owner who will take things gradually with him and slowly work on his confidence. He can find it difficult being left on his own so his new owner will need to keep him company and help him learn it’s okay to spend time alone.
Once he does know you, he is super affectionate and will happily make himself a lap dog despite his size! He is full of energy and loves to run around chasing after his toys in the paddocks and he may enjoy hill walking. With the right introductions, Niall does make doggy friends who match his energy but he will need to continue working on his social skills around new dogs.

“Cooper is such a great dog who really deserves a home to call his own. He’ll make the ideal companion for the hound lovers out there!” Cooper’s kennel mum.
Cooper is looking for an experienced and active owner who have owned hound breeds before and understand their traits. He will need to be kept company all day to begin with and he will benefit going along to training classes to continue working on basic manners. Cooper may be able to live with teenagers but needs to be the only pet.
Cooper is a super friendly, cheeky and lovable goof ball who brings joy to everyone he meets. He can be stubborn when it comes to his training, so he requires an incredibly patient owner who have had experience with hounds before. He is a big, boisterous boy who forgets his size and he can resort to jumping up and grabbing at you if his needs aren’t met so requires plenty of mental and physical stimulation, so he doesn’t become bored or frustrated. He loves using his nose and sniffs out every interesting smell that comes by him so would thoroughly enjoy an activity like scent work or man trailing. Cooper loves his food in all forms, from doggy biscuits to fruit and veg which will be a brilliant motivator when continuing his training.
Cooper has made a load of doggy friends here; he loves playing with them but he doesn’t always realize when his friends have had enough, and he can be persistent so would be better suited as an only pet so his owner can focus on him.
Cooper has received some medical treatment whilst with us. More information will be provided with successful applicants.

Skye is looking for an active owner who are committed to her ongoing training. She will require someone to keep her company for most of the day whilst she settles in. She may be able to live with high school aged children and possibly another dog.
Skye is a friendly, young girl who makes friend’s wherever she goes. She is a whirlwind of fun and excitement and, in true fashion to her breed, loves putting her nose to use sniffing out every interesting smell that she passes. Skye could become bored if her needs aren’t met so she requires an active family who are prepared for the amount of mental and physical stimulation she will require each day.
She is very food motivated which is helping with her ongoing training and her new owner will need to have the time and commitment needed to continue this. Skye enjoys running around with her doggy friends so she may like to live with another dog who matches her energy pending a successful introduction.
Skye has a heart condition. More information will be discussed with successful applicants.

Kayla is looking for an experienced German shepherd owner who are committed to working on her training. She will need to be kept company all day to begin with and requires her own private garden, so she has a safe space to decompress. She needs to be the only pet in an adult only home.
Kayla is truly a sweet girl who sadly has not seen much of the world so she can find new situations overwhelming. She can be vocal towards people and dogs she doesn’t know at first but, if introduced properly, soon realises that there is nothing to be worried about. She requires a committed owner who will work on her socialisation skills and gradually build her confidence.
Kayla adores the people she knows and trusts but can become attached quite quickly so she can find it hard being left on her own. She can be very affectionate, loves her toys, is full of fun and would thrive with an active owner who are keen on doing different activities with her.
All Kayla wants to do is please her people; she is extremely clever and loves a tasty treat so is highly trainable. Our team are already seeing big improvements with her training so, in a home, she is sure to flourish into a fantastic dog.

Morag is looking for an owner who can continue to work on her basic manners and keep her company for some of the day. She is looking to be the only pet in her new home but may be able to live with high school aged children.
Morag is an extremely friendly girl who will bring a lot of joy to her new family’s life. She loves human attention and will happily roll over for some belly rubs or jump up beside you for cuddles. She is a whirlwind of fun and loves to run around chasing a tennis ball, particularly if it squeaks! She would be a brilliant walking buddy for an owner who is keen to get out and about and explore different places.
Morag’s enthusiasm for life does mean she can get a bit carried away at times and becomes quite boisterous so her new owner will need to work on this, but she is a clever girl who aims to please, especially when there is food on offer. She can become frustrated at times when she sees other dogs but does have the ability to make doggy friends if introduced properly.

Teddy is looking for an experienced and active owner who have an understanding of nervous dogs. He would like access to his own private garden so he has his own safe space to enjoy the outdoors, and he will need to be kept company all day. Teddy is looking to be the only pet in an adult only home.
Teddy is a bit of a sensitive soul but, with time and patience, has the potential to make a fantastic companion. He lacks in confidence when it comes to saying hello to new people and is still currently undergoing training so his new owners must be prepared to visit him at the Home a few times to do some training sessions before he is ready to leave.
Teddy is extremely affectionate and loving once he knows you. He is loyal to his favourite people and is very eager to please, particularly when you have a tasty bit of cheese or hot dog on offer. He is full of energy who loves running around chasing after his toys and is known to get the zoomies when you take him to the beach so he will need to be kept active, so he doesn’t become bored. Teddy does get on with other dogs, and he will benefit having confident dog walking buddies to go out with, but he can be a bit much for some so is best suited as an only pet so his new owners can focus on him.

DJ is looking for an owner who can keep him company for some of the day whilst he settles in. He may be able to live with teenagers and can have doggy friends of similar size but would like to be the only pet in the home.
DJ is a handsome, laid back lad who will make a fantastic addition to his new family. He may be a bigger boy but really, he is a kind soul who is friendly with everyone who comes to say hello to him and he would happily place himself on your lap for lots of cuddles and fussing. He is a dream on the lead and enjoys his walks down to the beach or running around our paddocks for zoomies or tennis ball chasing.
DJ has made doggy friends similar to his size that he is happy to walk alongside but he can be worried by dogs who run up to him unannounced so his new owner will need to be mindful of this. He is very clever and easy to train as he is so motivated by his food! He is very much a lurcher and after a good walk, can be found happily snoozing in his bed or sunbathing on warm days.
DJ has had some veterinary treatment during his stay with us. More information will be discussed with successful applicants.

Bella is looking for an experienced & active owner who has a home with a private garden. She gets very stressed when left alone, so will need to have company all day until she learns to spend some time by herself. Bella may be able to live with older dog savvy teenagers but is looking to be the only pet.
Bella is a real sweetheart of a girl who will require someone to be incredibly patient with her. She can be a bit wary of new people to start with but does come around especially if you have a tasty treat on offer. She is very loving, affectionate and will happily sit beside you for fussing and attention (although does think she is a lap dog)! She has made doggy friends and can continue having dog walking buddies but, as she can be a bit pushy with them, is best suited as an only pet. She is full of energy and will thrive from having an activity to do such as running or scent work to keep her busy brain occupied.
Bella loves human company so much that she does really struggle being left alone for any length of time and will need help to understand that being left isn’t so scary. She requires an extremely committed, understanding owner who will work on this issue with her and are open to seeking out help from an external dog trainer for support with this.

Lovely Luna is such a wonderful girl who has been very patient waiting to find her forever home. She has a wonderful nature, adores people and happily greets everyone she meets, making friends wherever she goes. She is incredibly affectionate and loves sitting beside you for lots of cuddles. She may be a little older, but she does not let it slow her down and she is always keen to play with her soft squeaky toys. Hamish is looking for an experienced & active owner who have dealt with nervous dogs before. He needs a quiet home with access to his own private garden so he can still enjoy the outdoors. Hamish needs to be the only pet in an adult only home and would like to be kept company all day.
Hamish is a truly wonderful boy with bags of potential, he is eager to please and will be a very rewarding pet for the right owner. With those he knows, Hamish is the sookiest boy who loves a cuddle and thinks he is a lap dog at times! Being a collie he will need a lot of mental and physical stimulation to keep him happy and he may enjoy going hill walking or running once settled in. Hamish loves running along the beach and getting the sand in between his toes or running around the paddock chasing a tennis ball. He can make doggy friends if introduced properly but he isn’t keen on dogs coming into his space, so any friends he does make will need to respect his boundaries.
Hamish is a nervous boy who is unsure of new people and takes time to make new friends so his new owners will need to be prepared to visit him several times to build a bond. He can be worried in busy environments, and much prefers his walks in quieter areas. He needs an experienced and extremely committed owner who have the time to slowly build his confidence and understand that it will take time for him to feel safe and comfortable in his new home.
Hamish has received treatment for his skin whilst in our care. More details will be discussed with successful applicants.
