Name: Benji
D.O.B: 10/06/2016
Gender: Male
Size: Small
Breed: Mixed
Benji is a boarder terrier-sized castrated male. He is just THE sweetest little poppet and loves humans soooo much despite the very rough hand he has been dealt in his past. Benji was found living on the streets in a cardboard box in sub zero temperatures and we suspect he had belonged to an elderly person and had been put out on the streets by their family when they either passed or could no longer cope. The fact that he has belonged is backed up by the branding on his muzzle (which is sometimes incorrectly done in Romania in the belief it prevents dogs getting distemper).
Benji is clean in the house, walks on a lead, is crate-trained and loves everyone. He is very sprightly and active and would suit many different homes, bit we think at his age in life he may prefer a quieter, child-free environment. All he wants is to be loved and cuddled and would make an older person a great companion pet.
Benji is castrated, fully vaccinated, microchipped, has a valid EU passport and has had his UK brucellosis test.
If you feel you could give Benji the loving home he so deserves, please pop onto our website at www.savingandrehomingstrays.org and complete an adoption application. (Please note a virtual homecheck and a £500 adoption fee will apply. Thank you!)
