An experienced owner
An active owner
A home with garden
Koda is looking for a very special home with an experienced and active owner who are committed to building his confidence. He requires his own private garden where he can enjoy the outdoors in his own safe space when feeling worried. Koda needs to be the only pet in an adult only home.
Sweet Koda is a lovely, sensitive boy who lacks in confidence and will have to continue his training in his new home. He is a friendly lad with people, particularly if you have a tasty biscuit in exchange, but is very easily spooked so he needs a gentle approach to reassure him. He does let his worries get the better of him at times when out and about so requires an incredibly patient, calm owner who have the time to slowly build his confidence in the areas where he feels unsure.
Once he knows you a bit better, Koda loves to be made a fuss of and is affectionate. He is a playful, energetic lad and will require plenty of mental and physical stimulation to keep him happy. He loves walks along the beach (although he doesn’t want to get his paws wet!) or running around in our paddocks chasing after his favourite toy. Once settled in, he may like to go hill walking or do some scent work to get his brain working. Koda would like to have dog walking buddies that will help give him the extra support and confidence he needs when out on his walks.
With time, patience and training, Koda is sure to make a loving, loyal companion for the right owner.
