Age: 1 year old
Key information: Friendly girl with people, looking for an adult only home, is playful but rude with other dogs so would need to be the only pet in the home.
Skye is a beautiful girl who has had little training, she loves being the centre of attention and believes that everyone she meets is here to say hello to her! She loves affection and will expect belly rubs and ear scratches daily.
Skye loves to be out and about, she is very enthusiastic about life and does lack manners. She is strong on her lead and will need owners who are comfortable walking her and teaching her some new life skills.
Unfortunately, we don’t know much about Skye’s past, she arrived at the centre as a stray. Skye is afraid of loud voices and can easily be head shy, when we reach out to give her a pet, we believe Skye has been punished for misbehaving in the past which is why she can be worried about hands coming towards her. As such a calm and gentle owner with bull-breed experience is essential.
Skye is looking for calm, and kind people who can teach her positive ways to blossom into a confident, well-behaved dog. She loves her food which makes training easy and enjoyable. Skye is looking for a new home with a garden where she can run around off her lead and burn off all that energy! she loves to play so this is also a great way of having lots of fun!
Skye is friendly with other dogs, but she does forget herself and lack control, which other dogs find rude and offensive. Skye could be friends with another similar dog who shares the same playstyle as her, but she would prefer to have her people all to herself in the home and not share the house with any other dogs or pets.
if you think you could offer Skye a home please don’t hesitate to get in touch on 01896 849090.

Josie is a playful girl, she loves to run off lead in the garden where she can chase after them or parade them around to show them off. Being a sighthound, Josie does have a prey drive and will chase small furies or cats, this is why she needs to be on her lead when out on her walks.
Josie loves a cuddle and her favorite thing in the whole world is just being with you. She loves people so much that she does not like to be left alone and does need new owners who are mainly at home to help her feel safe and secure.

Haillie is a big, beautiful girl who adores her people. She is happy to say hello to everyone she meets but would like introductions to come with a biscuit or two! Hallie can come across as shy to begin with, but after a little time and some tasty treats she will be your new best friend.
Hallie is a typical big pup who loves to play, go for walks and have lots and lots of cuddles, despite her size she will still try and fit on your knee for snuggle, as she doesn’t think she is too big for this! Hallie is very playful towards other dogs and previously lived with a dog, she prefers younger dogs’ company so they can keep up with her playful energy levels.
Hallie is looking for owners who have experience of owning bigger dogs, she would like someone to be at home most of the day to keep her company and help continue her puppy training. She will need a big garden to run around off her lead, especially as she is still learning recall outside.
Hallie loves the outdoors and walks reasonably well on her lead, she enjoys adventures and does travel well in the car.

Honey is the friendliest girl with people, every time she see’s someone she does the happy dance, which is more like a happy wiggle! She is very affectionate, loves attention and will never turn down an ear scratch or tummy rub.
Honey is a clever girl, she knows all her basic commands and loves to learn. She loves to play with her toys, if she isn’t running after her favorite squeaky, she is likely to be parading about showing it off.
Honey enjoys her walks, and she is good walking on her lead, although chasing after birds can become too tempting and she may pull towards them. She enjoys meeting other dogs and saying hello to them. Honey is very playful but sometimes she can forget her size and manners, and other dogs can find this behavior a little rude, so bigger dogs who can match her play style would be ideal playmates.
Honey is looking for owners who have owned bigger dogs before, someone who is at home most of the day to help settle her at home would be good for her. She will need a big garden where she can stretch her legs and spend time off her lead.
Honey is a big sook who loves to cuddle and be around you, just the sight of her makes you smile and instantly brightens your day.
if you think you can offer Honey her forever home, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
